**Offal is only guaranteed for Wholes. If you have a half you will not receive offal.** The butchers are unable to track requests for offal on halves.
If you have never had grass-finished/grass-finished beef, please call our office before making this deposit or select the grain-finished option. Grass-finished beef has a different flavor profile than grain-finished beef and we want happy customers and happy cows!
