WHOLE:
The price for a whole is $3250 in total. $500 deposit already paid to hold your processing space and $2750 due one to two weeks before butcher date.
HALF:
The total price is $1825. $250 deposit already paid to hold your processing space and $1575 due one to two weeks before butcher date.
1/4: Total price is $1000. This is $150 to hold your processing date and $850 due before meet-ups. It will be 100 pounds of beef with a variety of cuts.
1/8: Total price of $600. This is $100 to hold your processing date and $500 due before meet-ups. It will be 50 pounds of beef with a variety of cuts.
**Offal is only guaranteed for Wholes, If you have a half or less you will not receive offal**
Pasture-raised. Grass-fed. Lightly grain-finished. Raised by Barnard Beef Cattle Company in Coryell County, TX, and processed by CW Texas Natural Meats in Lott, TX. We reserve the right to switch your butcher due to changing scheduling/locations.
When Will I Get My Beef? We will give you an estimated finish date when we send you the information for the final payment. That being said, once the animal has been released to the butcher, we have no control. We suggest you keep the date we give you and the following Saturday available in case the buther runs over our estimate. We will do everything in our power to keep the process smooth, but we cannot impact the butcher's timeline.
How Do I Get My Beef?
Pick up in Lott, TX
Meet-ups are available monthly in Waco, Gatesville, Temple area and McGregor. We deliver in a 12 foot white freezer trailer. It is not marked because we will not be selling in the parking lot and a logo would draw people in. You will receive a group text message with a photo of the vehicle and driver the day you are meeting your beef.
Bi-monthly meet ups on a rotating basis in Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Bryan with a delivery fee possible depending on order quantity that month. We will alert you to the fee before you pay your final payment - this is only needed flexiblity due to gas price increases and not us trying to hide a fee.
For home delivery in our service area, additional charges apply. This is the main way we keep our prices so affordable are our parking lot meet ups.
Cut Sheets: We have no control over the butchers. We have a cut sheet on our website you are welcome to fill out. You can also tell us you want to talk directly to your butchers. If you have a problem with your cuts however, that is a butcher issue. We can help you on quality, but mis-cuts will need to be handled with the butcher. They will refund us a fee and we will pass that on to you immediately when you have come to an agreement with them.
Guarantee: Whole 400#. Half 200#. When you receive your bulk beef order of a half or whole, the boxes will have weights on them. Please take a photo those weights to take advantage of the guarantee. You can just send me that photo and your information and I would make the appropriate refund. You box photos can be one photo as long as the weights are readable and must match the count we pick up from the butcher. We also reserve the right to speak to the butcher about your cut sheet before issuing a refund - if, for example, you have just steaks and ground beef from your beef, it will not make the guarantee because of the loss from the grinder.
