You will get approximately 100 pounds of beef.
Briskets are not included because when you cut them in half, the cooking quality is hurt. If you would like to add a brisket onto your order, it will be an additional $80 - please select brisket option.
Meet-ups will be on a rolling basis based on order timing and location but made as soon as possible. Meet-up locations will be based along I-35 with additional stops and routes based on orders.
Deposits are non-refundable to cover the costs of butcher slots and coordination but will be applied to the price of your final payment.
